We're pleased to welcome three new employees to our Customer Service Team.

Richard Schachner, Danny Hendricks and Fred Graves will join us as Customer Service Engineers providing service support for bag and pouch machinery machine start-ups, repairs and upgrades.

	Richard Schachner has 42 years experience in the converting industry. Richard held various positions during his career with Ro-An including shipping and inventory control, assembly, and field service.
	Danny Hendricks is another seasoned professional who will also be joining the Customer Service Team. Danny's background includes 26 years of experience in the converting industry. Previous responsibilities include bag machine shift supervisor, plant scheduler and production manager with various converting companies. Danny also brings with him over 12 years service experience from Ro-An.
	Fred Graves brings over 24 years of bag converting experience to our Customer Service Engineering team. Fred's prior experience includes converting manager for several different bag making companies as well as training technicians for set-up and operations. Fred has worked on many makes and models of converting equipment such as Sheldahl, Hudson-Sharp, Amplas, Simplex, Ro-An and zipper application machinery.
